Message	in this thread, and it's clear that you don't know these cars but want a nice fast one. These cars are extremely complicated. Save yourself some heartache. While you are waiting for the whole $10k, read a lot, especially on this site, and then buy a nice TT. No JDM engines and no RB swap (search on this site to see why I say that). Believe me, even buying a TT for $10k, you'll still have plenty of room for learning, modifying, and hot rodding.
